The Yoga Shala is a big open and wooded place (65m2) situated among gigantic bamboo trees near the river. When it rains, a soothing waterfall cascades down the back of the Shala.
It accommodates 23 yoga mats, 40 sitting yogis, or 15 aerial yogis inside. Also the Yoga Shala has blankets, blocks, bolsters, yoga mats, cushions, straps, a white board, and 15 aerial yoga hang points.
Meditation and relaxation is possible at one of the many hanging baskets or hand-shaped place. Or at the upper space deck mounted in the tree tops with beanbags.

Please note that this resort is located a bit farther from the airport, and travel time may take a while depending on traffic. For your convenience, we highly recommend waiting at the designated meeting point after your arrival, where you’ll join the rest of the group. From there, you’ll travel together to the venue.
This helps ensure a smooth and comfortable journey, while giving you a chance to start connecting with fellow retreat participants right from the start.

Ocean Bliss Resort features a total of 21 rooms, some of them are designed to accommodate up to triple-sharing arrangements.
The venue comfortably accommodates up to 40 individuals across our rooms, dining areas, and yoga shala.
Guests can enjoy a quiet afternoon sunbathing by one of the pools, or indulge in relaxing treatments at the spa. The property also offers several workshop indoor spaces, and terraces for a yoga session or group activities.
The restaurant take pride in catering to the dietary preferences and requirements of our guests, including vegetarian, vegan, and those with gluten and lactose sensitivities.
Guests also get to choose to either dine in the restaurant or on the restaurant's garden patio, or at one of the resort's terraces which overlooks the ocean.
The resort has an airport shuttle service for an additional fee.
The resort is about 110 km away from the International Airport Ngurah Rai. It will take approximately 3 hours drive depends on the traffic.
