
CACAO CEREMONY
Cacao ceremony creates a space for people to connect with each other in new ways, and it is an opportunity to reconnect with ancient parts of ourselves that remember the simple power of gathering together in community.
The facilitator will guide the group through various exercises and experiences based on the intentions of the event. Some examples of guided experiences are: guided meditations, sound journeys, dance and movement practices, and partner exercises.
This ceremony is designed to open the heart and invite more embodiment and flow into your life. The session seamlessly blends a sacred cacao ceremony with embodiment movement and the power of vibration from both ancient and modern instruments.
This session takes place at the venue either at yoga shall or at workshop space.
